Water Leak in a South Pasadena Office
This client's office in South Pasadena was experiencing a leak that was caused by the air conditioning unit that was on the roof which damaged the ceiling and flooring of the office. We first dried out the floors and ceiling of where the leak was taking place with our dehumidifier machines. Because we caught this leak very early on, we did not detect any mold or further damage to the office thankfully.
