Water Damage in Local Alhambra Home

The owners of this local Alhambra home discovered some water damage at their property. At SERVPRO of Alhambra, we do our best to only dry-in-place so we can save all the original finishing and flooring of the home. However, some water damage situations do require us to remove contaminated materials that were damaged beyond the point of restoration. After assessing the situation furthered, we recommended to the owners to remove the parts of the wood flooring and finishings that would not be repairable. With their permission, we removed and disposed of any porous material that was affected by the water.
